Item/s MUST be returned within 30 days of purchase date and must be returned in original packaging. A copy of the original invoice or packing slip is preferred to help ease the return process.
Also, due to biosecurity concerns, items MUST be in clean, sellable condition and must not have had any prior contact with animals on your farm. Zeiset Equipment has the right to refuse any return in which the item is not in the original packaging or shows signs of contact with livestock.
Special orders or custom items may be subject to a restocking fee or may not be returnable/refundable. When making a return, the customer will cover all return shipping costs. If the item/s received are a result of a shipment error or are damaged/defective upon arrival, Zeiset Equipment will cover all ground return shipping costs made within a 30-day purchase window.
