This DOL 44R sensor is designed for general detection of feed, grain, and solids in tanks, silos, and containers. The sensor is applicable for level control in silos and containers along with controlling the filling and emptying process. The powerful integrated relay means that it can control many functions directly. The sensor’s electronics are completely embedded in a thermoplastic casing, which achieves a very high resistance to moisture and other external influences in aggressive environments. The sensor is CE, C-UL, and UL approved and has a high immunity to noise from electronic communication (i.e. mobile phones) and transients (i.e. motors and contactors). The sensor has robust functionality and is easy to operate. Settings are easily changed via two trimmers using a small screwdriver. A red LED light clearly indicates the current status of the relay sensor. This makes the sensor very reliable and dependable in the operation on your poultry or swine farm.
